We provide preliminary research support to strengthen your business plan, including market overview, target customer analysis (B2C / B2B), industry background research, and initial business feasibility review.

The Process

1.  Initial Consultation
We begin with an initial consultation to understand your goals, business idea, immigration pathway, financing needs, or project requirements.
 

2.  Project Assessment

We review your project needs and determine the information required for business plan preparation.
 

3.  Questionnaire & Information Collection

Clients provide business background and project details through a detailed questionnaire. Additional information may be requested if needed.
 

4.  Research & Business Plan Preparation

We conduct market research and industry analysis to prepare a customized business plan. The first draft is typically completed within 7–10 business days.
 

5.  Review & Revisions

Clients review the draft and provide feedback. Revisions are made to ensure the plan meets project requirements.
 

6.  Final Delivery

Final documents are provided in Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF formats.
